Take a Walk on the Wild Side

 

Most people probably wouldn't describe the library as the "wild side." It's not exactly a place of danger and intrigue. But I spend a good chunk of my life in a library, and sometimes I feel the need to spice things up a little. This zebra-print animal dress is perfect for that. It's hard to tell this from the photos, but it's a fine-gauge cotton sweater dress, which means it's super comfortable and transitions well from late summer to early fall. Animal print + sweater dress + 3/4 length sleeves = easiest early fall outfit ever.

I hope you all are having a delightful Friday! It's beautiful weather here and we're headed to a barbecue tonight. We're doing something that grad students and recent grads have to do quite a lot: say goodbye to their friends who've landed academic jobs far away. Tonight we're sending off a friend who's headed to a job in Turkey. TURKEY! A little sad but super exciting.
